At Lifeley we respect and protect the privacy of our customers. The following privacy statement provides details about how your personal information is collected and used. This privacy statement applies to the network of Lifeley products and services.
Any information of our subscribers or any data they enter into their personal Lifeley account (such as contact name and contact email address) is the subscriber's property and personal information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. However, we prohibit our members from importing harvested lists, importing lists from organizations to which they are not a member and importing purchased third party lists. Importing such lists will result in termination of your account.
CCPA gives California consumers specific rights to receive a privacy policy and the right to request that businesses subject to the CCPA (which may include our members with whom you have a relationship) disclose certain information to you about their collection and use of your Personal Information (as defined in the CCPA) over the past 12 months. In addition, consumers are given the right to ask such businesses to delete Personal Information collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
We only collect and use Personal Information as authorized by our contracts with our clients. This information is not sold, shared or rented. These client companies can provide you with their privacy policies and information on your rights under the CCPA. Please direct any requests for access to or deletion of your Personal Information to the member with whom you have had direct contact.
Our Terms of Service requires that you only enter/share data for which you have permission. Our privacy policy prohibits us from sharing or selling your contact data.
Lifeley may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons ("Web Site Navigational Information"). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol address, and the actions you take on Lifeley's Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).
You have the right to ask us to delete personal information about you or your clients if it no longer is required for the purpose it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent, you have a valid objection to us using your personal information, or our use of your personal information is contrary to law or our other legal obligations. To submit a data deletion request, please contact us at [email protected].
We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with or to third parties for their promotional use. We will never sell or rent your personal information including your contacts to third parties for their use without your consent. Occasionally, we enter into contracts with third parties so that they can assist us in servicing you (for example, providing customer service).
For imported contacts including contacts imported through our contact grabber import such as from Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook, data is stored in the subscriber's unique Lifeley account address book. The data will be used to provide the Lifeley services to the subscriber such as sending emails and CRM activities. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with others or third parties.
Some of our sites provide links to third party websites, such as those of our business partners and online advertisers. Because Lifeley does not control the information policies or practices of these third parties, you should review these third parties' privacy policies to learn more about how they collect and use personally identifiable information.
Privacy and security are our #1 priority. We take every precaution to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information by using industry-recognized security safeguards such as firewalls, DMZ, real-time monitoring, coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. When we ask for sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, we protect it through the use of encryption during transmission, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
Lifeley takes care to reinforce the importance of our website visitor's security and privacy among our employees. Our employees/insurance agents are trained and required to safeguard your information and, using physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, we restrict access to personal information to those trained employees and agents for business purposes only.
Lifeley provides users the opportunity to opt-out via a link in the footer of most email messages and text messages.
If we decide to change our privacy statement, we will post those changes on the Lifeley Website. To assist our users in understanding and being aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose our privacy statement.
